4" Damascus Paring Knife

4" Damascus Paring Knife
This parer is the result of taking a small piece of serpentine W’s high carbon damascus and stretching it about as far as it will go and still having a clean steel finish. I love how taking this delicate pattern this far has pulled what were once wisps of dark steel into large strips along the edge. I have been wanting to play with a handle paring that had just as much contrast as this unique blade and I settled on an inlaid frame handle construction of Black G10, Stainless pins, and this “Sonoran Sunset” TruStone. It is etched with masked berry logo to minimize the footprint of the logo in this unique steel.
This little fella feels comfortable in a multitude of grips and is ready to be put to work and will be happy to be in your knife roll or a mainstay on top of your cutting board. As a parer this knife will be most at home in your hands, peeling, turning, making supreme.
This knife is meant for cutting fruits, vegetables, and boneless meats/proteins. This blade edge should not come into contact with bone.
