This pair of honesuki inspired pettys went out few weeks ago to @chef_mikiangel and I absolutely loved the way they came out. The extra pop of maroon in the leopardwood handle is a beautiful touch and the stabilized natural maple on the other is noth

There’s just something about that undyed CT curly maple that really is something to behold. It works beautifully with the red g10 and stainless accents, matching the rest of the collection @adatre10 has amassed so far.

Somewhat hard to capture the beauty of this handle on camera, the white g10, brass, and trustone made for a fantastic combo that really took this bunka over the top.

Some details on this @pizzeriamarzano gyuto, really showing off the partial hidden tang construction that seamlessly flows from the fully polished spine and choil into the stabilized CT curly maple frame. The @fatcarbon dark matter in blue is already

It is nearly impossible to capture the natural pop and glow that this orange handle has. It’s not impossible to capture this gyuto for yourself though since it is on the website and ready to be your new go-to.

@handcraftedchocolate and I had talked about a piece I had made a while ago and the color just wasn’t right. Fast forward a few months and I find this gorgeous purple TruStone and had to follow up. Long story short, this is what came out of it.
